These lenses include the inside-out marks to help you insert your contacts correctly.  They also have a visibility tint so you can see your contact.  UV protection is part of the lense, blocking 82% of the UV-A radiation and 97% of the UV-B radiation.

Some wearers need a little time to adjust, but for others the adjustment time is immediate.  It could take several days for the adjustment or you might need the prescription to be slightly adjusted.
